Personal data collected

REM may process your name, contact details, job title, company, information about your relationship with Roger and information you provide in a form, email or booking process.

Purposes of processing

The information is used to respond to enquiries and discuss potential assignments, administer booked conversations, manage professional recommendations submitted with explicit consent, understand website use after analytics consent, and meet legal obligations where required.

Analytics cookies and Google Analytics 4

REM uses Google Analytics 4 for website analytics only if you choose to allow analytics cookies. The Google tag is not loaded before you make that choice.

Analytics help us understand page views and clicks related to booking, email, WFM, interim management, results, services and LinkedIn. Your choice is stored locally in the browser and can be changed through Cookie Settings in the footer.

Legal basis

Contact and assignment discussions are normally processed on the basis of legitimate interests or steps before a potential contract. Recommendations intended for publication are processed on the basis of consent. Google Analytics 4 is activated following your choice to allow analytics cookies.

Retention

Contact details and assignment discussions are normally retained for no more than 24 months after the latest relevant contact, unless a longer period is required for an ongoing contract or legal obligation. Recommendations are retained while consent remains valid and the material is in use. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Service providers

REM uses external providers for the website, email, booking, secure storage and, when consent has been given, analytics. Providers may only process data for the purposes needed to deliver their services.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion, object to processing, request restriction or withdraw consent. Contact roger@remconsulting.se. You also have the right to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
